This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the SnarkyCat browser extension listed on the Chrome Web Store and the associated website.

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Email address and user ID when you sign in via Google.
• Usage Data: We track the number of "roasts" generated to enforce usage limits.
• Page Information: To generate personalized roasts, we temporarily extract:
  • The title of the webpage you are visiting
  • A text summary of the page content (up to 500 characters)
  This data is sent to our AI provider (DeepSeek or OpenAI) solely for generating the roast response. This data is NOT stored by us and is processed in real-time only. We do not collect passwords, form data, or any sensitive personal information from web pages.

3. Data Usage

We use your data to:

• Provide the core functionality of the extension.
• Manage your subscription and payment status.
• Improve our services.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third parties. Account and usage data stored in Supabase is kept only as long as needed to provide the service and can be deleted upon request by contacting us at usoppjy@gmail.com.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: For authentication and database storage.
• Paddle: For payment processing. We do not store your credit card information.
• DeepSeek / OpenAI: For AI text generation.
